8 THREE-PHASE MODELS

The MW 2-pipe anti-corrosion outdoor units, three-phase with vertical air discharge, are available in models ranging from 22.40 kW to 61.50 kW. All compressors in the three-phase models are DC Inverter Scroll compressors. MW 2 anti-corrosion pipes is a modular system which, when combined, reaches a maximum power of 246 kW, the highest value on the market, to which up to 80 indoor units can be connected.

SPECIAL ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT

The special anti-corrosion treatment of the outdoor units increases the possibilities for application, particularly in coastal areas where the air is richer in salt and humidity, and in industrial areas where there are high concentrations of chemicals. Tests carried out with neutral salt spray (H) showed actual increases in performance compared to untreated models.

1 ZINC-NICKEL FASTENERS

The casing uses zinc-nickel alloy screws to improve anti-corrosion performance. These screws withstand the neutral salt spray test for 500 hours without rusting. +400% anti-corrosion capacity compared to normal galvanised screws.

2 ELECTRONIC BOARD

The surface of the controller is coated with a special protective material that protects against moisture, mould and corrosion. +400% corrosion resistance compared to a standard model.

3 HOUSING

The surface of the sheet metal cover is treated with powder that is highly resistant to atmospheric agents. +100% corrosion resistance compared to a standard model.

4 GRILLES

The grilles are treated with phosphating and electrophoresis and coated with highly weather-resistant powder. +100% corrosion resistance compared to a standard model.

5 GAS-LIQUID SEPARATOR

The surface of the pressure vessel is phosphated and coated with highly weather-resistant powder. +400% corrosion resistance compared to a standard model.

6 HEAT EXCHANGER

The heat exchanger is fitted with black aluminium fins that are resistant to acids and corrosion. State-of-the-art anti-corrosion treatment. +33% corrosion resistance compared to a standard model.

The MW 2 TUBI ANTI CORROSIONE systems are characterised by their high installation flexibility, thanks to the possibility of connecting different types of indoor units. The wide range of outdoor units in terms of power, modularity and size also allows you to choose the optimal solution that meets the requirements of space, weight and manoeuvrability in every application. Classic heat recovery units (ERV) can be used, or combined with post-treatment coils (ERV+DX), for the introduction of fresh air. The heat recovery units are equipped with high-efficiency filters. Through centralised controls, Wi-Fi interfaces and multiple protocol gateways, large systems can be managed remotely from a single terminal.
