Termal has been the leading group in the air conditioning sector in Italy and Europe for over 40 years.

The history of the Multiwarm brand began in the second half of 2016, with the specific aim of producing and distributing low environmental impact heat pumps, particularly for heating and domestic hot water production systems. The MULTIWARM brand was officially launched in 2017, distributed by the company of the same name, Multiwarm srl, based in Milan and belonging to the Termal Group. It is dedicated in particular to a hybrid system for heating and domestic hot water production in small and medium-sized flats and detached houses.

MULTIWARM is an established brand in the field of air conditioning in Italy and Europe, offering a complete range of products capable of optimising the energy performance of buildings for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production.

2024

In 2024, Hokkaido srl passes the baton to Termal Sales for the distribution of MULTIWARM brand products in Italy and Europe.

2022

The dense network of commercial relationships, woven by Termal‘s distribution channels over the previous three years, leads to the official marketing of the brand in numerous countries in Central and Eastern Europe from 2022 onwards, which, together with Malta, represent the main foreign markets for the distribution of MULTIWARM brand products.

2021

In 2021, MULTIWARM, now well established in the Italian air conditioning sector, achieves a unique brand identity: its distribution passes to Hokkaido srl, a company of the Termal Group and distributor of products of the same name.

2019

Between 2019 and 2020, the R32 residential range boasts technologically advanced heat pump products: high energy efficiency with Class A+++ values in cooling, air sanitisation system, low noise levels and remote control devices.

2018

In 2018, the range was expanded with the addition of R32 single-split and multi-split residential heat pumps and a 2-pipe VRF system for heating and cooling large commercial and industrial spaces.

2017

2017 marks the official launch of MULTIWARM. The company’s mission is to offer unique solutions that optimise energy efficiency, air conditioning, heating and domestic hot water production for residential properties.
